These terms apply when you use StockedUp. StockedUp is a stocktake app for bars and pubs, operated by Statistical Edge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16277247. Registered office: 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Email: support@statisticaledge.co.uk.

Who can use it

StockedUp is for businesses. You must be 18 or over, and you must be allowed to act for the business whose information you enter.

Your account

Give accurate account details and keep your sign-in to yourself. Do not use StockedUp to break the law, to open someone else’s venue without permission, or to disrupt the service.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are sold only on this website, through Stripe. The Android app does not sell subscriptions. Core has 2 seats. Team has 5 seats. You can pay monthly or yearly. The price is shown before you pay. A new venue can have a 30-day trial of Team. No card is needed, and the trial does not become a paid plan unless you choose one. A paid plan renews for the same period until you cancel. To cancel, sign in and open the billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and the next payment is not taken. If we change a price, we will email you before it applies. The new price starts at the next renewal. You can cancel before that renewal if you do not agree.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access if a payment is overdue or if you misuse the service. Where we can, we will tell you first and let you put it right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability the law does not allow us to limit. We do not exclude liability for failing to provide StockedUp with reasonable care. Apart from that, we are not liable for loss of profit or for other indirect or consequential loss.

Your data

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and email account holders before a change that affects a paid plan. If you do not agree, cancel before it applies.

Law

The law of England and Wales applies, and the courts of England and Wales hear disputes under these terms.
