I was a bar manager, and I did stocktakes for years in pubs and restaurants. It was always a clipboard and a pen, going round the bar and the cellar. It was slow. In one job, stocktake day meant my whole day went on counting and then doing the order.
StockedUp is the tool I wanted back then: count each section on your phone, by voice or by tap, check the numbers, and see what to order.
The aim is to get the stocktake and the ordering done in under an hour, not your whole day.
Three steps, all on your phone.
Get your invite, install the Android app and set up your venue: add sections like Bar, Back bar and Cellar, then add items from the built-in drinks library, by typing, or by saying them.
Go section by section. Tap to count, including part-quantities like 0.5, or say the item and quantity. Each section is ticked off when it is done, so you can see what’s left. Tap counting works offline.
When every section is counted, review the stocktake. Big changes since your last stocktake are flagged before you confirm, then it is locked. Set par levels and StockedUp suggests what to order, grouped by supplier or category.
Hands stay on the stock, not the keyboard. Voice is included in both plans.
Tap the mic and talk naturally: “six Peroni, two Jameson, four Coke”.
Each item is matched to your list. Anything that isn’t on your list shows up as a new item you can keep or delete.
Adjust any count with + and −, or record again. Nothing is saved until you tap Confirm.
Invite staff by email and they count the same way you do, on their own Android phone with their own sign-in.

Tap counting works offline, including part-quantities such as 0.5. Voice counting needs a data connection, and you check every match before saving.
Yes. Invite them by email with a role: you are the owner, and staff join as a manager or bar manager. Each person signs in on their own phone, and items and counts sync across the venue’s phones.
The idea for StockedUp started in 2024, after years of doing bar and pub stocktakes the clipboard way — slow, easy to get wrong, and often a whole day gone on counting and ordering.
It has been in real development since then: built, tried and refined over years of real-world development for how stocktakes actually work on the floor, not knocked together overnight.
